The client is reporting that the group and or individuals are intentionally trying to relapse this client(s) and thinks that the party cares little about relapse prevention other then to intentionally relapse, induce drug cravings, by temporarily turning their head while the client(s) have little control, but to relapse over and over again.

Once the relapse happens, the group quickly assembles a near death experience, changing rules quickly in order to induce near death trauma to client(s). The group or decision maker or decision makers appear to be good for about four to six months at a time of substance use protection prevention as their portfolio seems to be indicative of that and after this time frame, the decision maker or decision makers seem to almost instantaneously turn their back on the client(s) then allows relapse feelings of drug addiction, pictures of drugs, sexual feelings of immorality to resurface again and then goes back to file a report in the spiritual realm to get the client(s) back in trouble.

A stellar track record has not been seen by the client and concerns are escalating as to whether or not they intend to force another relapse or allow one to happen anytime in the near future or anywhere in the future as their track record appears to have no end in sight. We would like the decision makers to discontinue this form of people abuse, forecasting in the future in order to relapse and would like them to discontinue any more forecasting of relapse with intent to relapse with said client and anyone else that is in a similar scenario. This group appears to be knowledgeable in hiding information that could have prevented such like occurances and appear to have no guarantees before the date of the person's conception to disallow such like occurances from happening in the first place. The image like reflection continues to fornicate through masterbation while the client is washing their hands. It looks as though a hand is masterbating while client is washing their own hands. This has been going on for a while now and the client is reporting. In addition, the client's finger is morphing into a, what appears to be a penis as the reflection looks nothing like a finger. Complaints in the spiritual realm can be heard stating these are infact other individuals that are being reported and that the reflection is in fact reporting who ever is fornicating. The client has no choice now but to report, who are these supposed individuals?

This client(s) appear to be reporting vaginal discomfort in the vaginal vagina region due to twitching and or moving of these vital organs; we would like these occurrances prohibited, especially understanding certain times of the month and possible infections, stress factors can play a role in the bodies rapid deterioration and decline due to hexes, spell-bindings, curses, can impede the bodies natural response to living a happy healthy life. Footstooling; This client(s) would like a re-trial and permanent removal of the footstool.

27. This client(s) appears to be reporting a thumb tack like pinch that hapens every so often on the bottom of the foot. This pinch has been reoccurring for quite some time. The pinch feels like someone sticking a thumb tack through the bottom of the middle of the foot and is painful. The occurances appear to be hex or curse related and verification of that needs to be conducted as further examination has shown that there is no thumbtack obstruction or bleeding. This client(s) would like the bodies immune system and bodily functions if being intentionally destroyed spiritually or physically to stop and would like the party responsible to permanently discontinue such interferences.

39. This client(s) would like any deformities, potential deformities, curses, hexes, known or unknown, including any footstools pertaining to such deformities now or in the future to be permanently removed.

40. This client(s) would like any such cancer, alzheimer's, dementia, schizophrenia and any mentally related or physically related diseases if in progression now or in the future to be removed permanently.

41. This client(s) appear to be having intentional discomfort of the jaw. In the past the jaw would make pop like sound and this client(s) would like the discomfort concerning any more incidents in the future to permanently stop.

43. This client(s) appears to have a hex, curse, test, or footstool concerning holding their breath. At times when the breath is held for certain reasons, there is more then normal force being used making it very difficult to hold their breath. This particular client placed a timer on the situation in order to determine how long the individual could hold their breath and was able to hold their breath for approximately two minutes and four seconds which was excellent, however the particular (client) is having difficulty holding their breath in certain situations on the go and noticing more then normal pressure being used against the client and would like the curse, hex, footstool, test, or other unspecified to stop in applying pressure permanently.

(Disclaimer) In order to determine how long the client could hold their breath, the client was laying down flat on their back in a supine position to insure the client was safe with the timer and completed the time test successfully. The client was laying down in order to prevent the possibility of falling out or passing out and falling down.

60. This client(s) joined a particular organization, so the individual thought, and was given credentials in the spiritual realm and repeated confirmations regarding the sign up process. This client would like to validate the organization and be removed from any footstooling or anything that is causing physical or spiritual trauma. This client thought the organization was infact the physical component of the well-known organization and although there may be physical aspects or may infact be the physical organization itself, this client would like to be permanently removed from any footstooling, if that is the case, that may be in direct correlation to the decision that was made to join the organization.

Is it possible that the individual can not avoid committing the spiritual violation because the decision maker or decision makers are able to forecast this client(s) future? Have the decision maker or the decision makers ever intentionally set an individual up years or decade's down the line in order to dictate the outcome, causing a problem that was no longer a problem anymore, only to find the problem resurfaced again, placing the individual back in trouble? Have any individuals in terms of their eternal destination been effected permanently because of decisions like this? Is there an eternal destination or an after life?
